A 60-page review of the scientific evidence, some based on state-of-the-art magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of brain size, has concluded that race differences in average IQ are largely genetic.

Africa has the lowest IQs of any race (60-70) and is in a state of constant war. In Europe, Ireland has the lowest IQs (93) and it too has suffered conflict. Israel has been making headlines for decades with it's troubles in the Middle East and conspiracies around the world and their average IQ (94) is also low. We know that thick people are usually the criminals and who can't seem to live in a civilised manner, so do we expect TOO MUCH from Israel?
