Please come along and/or email the two companies concerned ON THURSDAY. Write to  clean@mitie.co.uk y  castlesea@willis.com

Model letter (optional):

Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing to demand the reinstatement of the five cleaners made redundant from the Willis Buildng by Mitie Cleaning and Support Services at the end of last year. They are Edwin Pazmino, Lucinda Villarroel, Domingas Dias, Etelvina Cristo and Cristina Sergio.

Mitie is a huge company and I am sure they are able to accomodate these workers who helped Mitie to retain the cleaning contract at Willis through their hard work in previous years. Many of the cleaners are women and have children. As a socially responsible company I am sure you appreciate the effects on families of making people work unsocial hours and even worse making them lose their jobs.

I urge you to ensure that Mitie meets with these cleaners as soon as possible and come to a speedy resolution.

Yours faithfully
