Parents have this afternoon occupied the gym and the dining hall of their childrens school in protest at the councils schemes to rob their children of their school. The doors to the school are chained shut and they are refusing to move.
Around 20 parents and community members have occupied both buildings.

Wyndham is one of 25 schools and primaries the council is trying to shut down.
