U.S.Protestant/Christian economics behind neo-liberal globalization

Protestant Calvinism(especially the U.S. variety), is at the root of neo-liberal globalization.

The barbaric global, neo-liberal economic policies imposed by the U.S. via the IMF/World Bank as well as un-provoked military conquests for resorces and "cheap"(as in quasi-slave) labour(a.k.a. Iraq, Afghanistan and still counting) have its roots squarely in the neo-Puritan religious extremists with excessive and undue influence within the U.S. government.
