The people of earth are at the brink of a global catastrophe of some sort, and are starting to rise for answers they are already likely to get

At 8.30 local times, in cities all over the world, in 88 countries, today the lights in and on buildings and monuments of major significance, and usually containing the masonic signature, - in Britain it's the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben - are going out for an hour.
This seems some kind of message coming from the world's elite to the world's elite, supposedly to mark public concern at climate change.
The effort is coordinated by the World Wildlife Fund, that illuminati grouping, created from the workings of eugenicist Julian Huxley, and occult Nazi Princes Phillip and Bernhard, whose "good works" include aiding the black African genocide, by making landgrabs of huge areas of African tribal lands, and precipitating intertribal warfare.
Of course, the illuminati are obsessed with light and dark symbolism, as witness their interest in Lucifer worship,the pentagram and the Venus Transit, their "thousand points of light" stuff.
Is this in reality a ritual - the lights are going out, not only all over Europe, but all over the earth - the point at which they signal the final stage of engineered turmoil, triggered by the very total economic and financial collapse they have already precipitated?
