The rain cleared up and there was a good attendance, despite a chilly wind.

Only two police observers at the start of the ride and no cycle police again. There is a much greater feeling of freedom without the police. Corking by riders was excellent and there were very few disputes with drivers, though it is easy enough to miss them in a large Mass. Parts of the ride were 'falling-off' slow, due to either narrow streets or traffic jams. I lost contact with the ride near St Paul's and therefore left early.
