Climate campers will also probably have their own, it's good to be self-sufficient.

bustcard updated?

25.03.2009 13:15

I've just been to the ldmg website and downloaded the bustcard. It says:
'Changes to Legal Advice at the Police Station. (Until 20/4/08)
You are entitled to free legal advice after you have been booked in at the police station. The police should ask whether you want legal advice and if you have a prefered soliicitors.. They will then contact the Defence Solicitor Call Centre (DSCC) who will call your solicitor or the Duty Solicitor. An Advisor should be sent to the Police station if you have been arrested for an imprisonable offence, if you are to be interviewed or if you need an appropriate adult with you. However, if the above points are not met you may only get advice over the phone.
This does not affect your right to consult a solicitor if you pay for one yourself (though they must also be contacted via the DSCC.)
These rules only apply until Hitler's 119th birthday. From 21/4//08 new and worse conditions will apply!'

Are there any 'new and worse conditions' now them?
