1.00 - 3.00 pm

A discussion on the crisis, where it comes from and why its happening. To be introduced by a presentation on the history and origins of the economic crisis.

3.30 - 5.30 pm

What we can do about it. A discussion of how the recession affects our everyday lives, and how we can defend ourselves against attempts to make us pay for it. To be introduced by a presentation on what recession means for us.

This may have been organised some weeks ago but the March 28th is going to be a big day for anarchists to mobilise for. Why then is this happening the same day.

We think that the anarchist movement is large enough to accommodate two events at different ends of the country. A good number of us are unable to make it to London at any rate, and as an organisation we're splitting (wo)manpower between both based on who is able, nearby and interested in going to either event. We doubt that holding this event will affect the turnout on the demo.

shame about the clash

shame about the clash this looks like a really interesting event but I'll be down in London. Maybe there could be another similair event in the future.,,?

the more important event as far as anti-authoritarians are concerned, in my opinion anyway, will be actions on the 1rst and 2nd of April, so the clash may not be too bad anyway.
