Not the summer.

Her release hasn't been delayed, she has finished her sentence for rescuing the beagle and has now started time on remand for the blackmail charge. She will be held until the trial (early 2010) at least, and then obviously depending on her plea / verdict and potential subsequent sentencing will depend on when she gets out.
