your article begs the question - have you pursued the channels available to you in annex b referred to in the letter? it's pisspoor if you've posted this up without going through the procedures available to you to chase this up.

First Iraq War secrets, now HLS secrets, everything is secret in Britain besides your DNA, fingerprints, bank account, internet browsing and phone calls.

I am pretty sure the appeal process is all rubbish, but I would still pursue it, it takes them time having to log and reply to requests.
