Isn't this doing the governments work for them?

Please don't assume I'm a troll but the government are going hell for leather at the moment trying to pin Sir Freddy down. They have threatened legal action (despite no possibility of it being successful) in order to force him to give his pension back. I know, I know he's a banker and we're all annoyed nay disgusted by them but still, exactly how do you go about forcing somebody in law to hand back their pension....pensions are not performance related, are they?

One way is to put public pressure on...and then you come along!

Can you not come up with something a little more creative and a little less....erm subserviant to the governement?
