very cryptic - is this a good or a bad thing?

This post is very cryptic. I've never heard of the "Solitaire". Are we supposed to be angry, or sad, that it is returning to Ireland? And why?

Please people, give more background information for those of us who don't know anything about your campaigns.

The Solitaire tried and failed to lay pipes last summer as part of the construction of an onshore Shell gas terminal in the relatively unspolit area of Erris, County Mayo on the west coast of Ireland. Construction work on the compound where the offshore pipes will meet the land may be restarting next week, so the current whereabouts of the Solitaire is important. Anyone who attended the recent Shell To Sea speaking tour meetings in Scotland and England and were thinking of going over, now might be the time to start making travel plans.
