Israeli Military Shoot Gaza Farmer - 18th February 2009

Israeli forces shot a twenty year-old Palestinian farmer as he worked his land in the village of Al-Faraheen, east of Khan Younis in the Gaza Strip.

International Human Rights Activists were accompanying the group of farmers at the time as they worked approximately 500m from the Green Line.

Mohammad al - Breem, 20, was shot in the right leg as the farmers, together with the international Human Rights Activists, attempted to leave the area having worked on their land for 2 hours in full view of the Israeli forces situated along the Green Line.

As the farmers were loading up the parsley and spinach from the agricultural lands shots were fired from Israeli forces on the border. Mohammad was shot in the right leg and evacuated, while still under fire, to hospital.

International Human Rights Activists have repeatedly witnessed Palestinian farmers being shot at by Israeli forces as they attempt to work on agricultural land situated within 700m of the Green Line.

On Tuesday 27th January 2009, in Al Faraheen, Israeli forces shot at several farmers, killing a 27 year old farmer.

So all farmers are terrorists are they? Parsley pickers are so threatening that they should be shot at? It's callous lowlife scum zionists like you that make so many of us ashamed to be British. Your "problems" are utterly trivial compared with what the Palestinians have recently endured and are continuing to experience after the cease fire (joke). Vermin like you should be re-educated by being forced to help those farmers and experience just what it's like to have bullets whizzing past your ears.

not a callous zionist

democracy in capitalism too, but no were near as bad as most palestinians. & of course most indymedi do not support Hamas extremists, rather community groups & PLO-fatah party+trade unionists, like we have supported &been part of trade union movement since the start in UK& worldwide unlike "british" national parties fake opportunism recently.Abu Hamza & Nick griffin do look like twins seperated at birth too I reckon & share similar twisted views though Griffins managed to refine his lies, both show symptoms of phsycopathic& antisocial behaviour disorders.

IDF foils 'large-scale terror attack' at Kissufim crossing
By YAAKOV KATZ AND JPOST.COM STAFF

IDF soldiers foiled a large-scale attack at the Kissufim border crossing against troops or a southern Israeli community, security officials said on Monday.

The attempted attack came early Monday morning, when a Golani force spotted two Palestinians laying explosive devices near the border crossing.

The soldiers crossed into Gaza and exchanged fire with the armed men, who fled. The Golani force then summoned an IAF aircraft, which attacked a car on the scene, apparently the escape vehicle used by the gunmen.

Palestinians reported two people lightly wounded following the attack, and said a building was also struck.

The Islamic Jihad maintained through its website that the attack was an effort to abduct IDF soldiers. The group said its gunmen stormed a Gaza house in which IDF special forces were positioned, before the IAF fired missiles at the site.

Meanwhile, Gaza terrorists fired two Kassam rockets at southern Israeli civilian areas on Monday. One hit an open area in the Sha'ar Hanegev region, while the other landed in a field near Sderot. No one was wounded and no damage was reported

1. Fuck right off.

2. Just 'cause the IDF shoots a Palestinian and the JP reports that the IDF says it did so 'cause they were or were about to 'come under attack' doesn't mean we believe either of them. On the preponderance of evidence (how civilized people obtain justice) both are liars.

3. Fuck right off.
