Camden Lab - Councillor speaks out against community on Camden Animal Lab

There are plans to build a deadly "Super Virus Lab & Animal Testing facility on the Somers Town council house estate. The lab plans have been criticised by MI5, MPs, councillors & local residents. The lab will hold dealdy viruses such as Anthrax and Bird flu. Foot & Mouth disease was leaked form similar govt facilty Pirbright in Surrey. The lab will hold animals such as cats & dogs.

When asked to support the community on this, elected Camden Councillor for Regents Park, Theo Blackwell replied [via Facebook] "...sorry but I don't..."

This is as bad as Frank dobson MP for Camden, stating "I might not be able to stop the lab consortium as they have a lot of money but at least I stopped the needle excahnge" which is despeartely needed.

There are 15,000 people on a housing waiting list in Camden where there are around 25,000 council homes. Campigners are asking that council homes and community facilites are built instead of adeadly "Bio Hazard & Animal Torture Lab".

Theo Blackwell has made a vitally important Facebook page on :
Stop Camden Council [Lib Dems part] from banning unofficial barbecues from all festivals in Camden saying that "Just because children get burned doesn't mean that they should be beanned".

He has made a cartoon of a dead man with the caption "vitally important debate...." to defend his vitally important rant profile on barbecues.

He has also written : "Just because children get burned doesn't mean that barbecues should be banned at parks and festivals".
Of course not Theo...don't want to spoil everyone's fun after all? After all they're only children...[Camden council refused to tell Theo just how many children have been burned, how many accidents there have been etc etc. ]

Theo have you not got better tings to do? Like supporting the community that elected yo? Do you not think that using the cartoon of a dead man when so many people have been killed, shot or stabbed in Camden is in appalling taste? Which part of Regents Park do yu represent exactly? Cos you are certainly not supporting people on the estates who need homes, community facilities, youth clubs etc....But hey, you just carry on ignoring us on your fat cat salary and making your stupid Facebook profiles like a teenager instead of a growed man. You should be ashamed.

Parking chief for Camden on £500 a DAY before shock exit.

the parking chief for Camden was ion £500 - £550 per day...[on occasion he earned £830 ] before leaving.

Camden council leader Keith Moffitt said : " I think it was felt that John Meyer did a good job in improving many asoects of the dept but is a job that is very much in the public eye and couple of things can be aminoe problem".

Camden is currently undergoing an internal review to find out why it has made £4 million less this year from issuing perking tickets thatn it expected to.

Meanwhile ...Camden council tenants live in mouldy flats and repairmen working for the council were harrassed and bullied when they complianed that they were not allowed to carry out proper repairs for council tenants who are living in bad conditions.

Local people who are against the plans for the deadly super virus lab and animal testing facility fear that greed and corruption will win out above the need for housing and community facilities.

Yes. it's true.

Theo is white and middle class. The man in the picture on Theo's profile is certainly not him. There are some real photos of Theo in his Facebook profile...but why put a picture of SOMEONE ELSE as your profile picture?

Syed Hoque leaves Labour who he says are arrogant rude and out of touch

Syed Hoque a Camden councillor has left the Labour party who he syas are rude, arrogant and out of touch with people. He has joined the Lib Dems. He has also criticised their attitude on Gaza.
Theo Blackwell is reported to have said [in the Camden New Journal] that "local people arten't interested in issues like Gaza"...which kind of emphasises what Cllr Hoque has said.
