Given that Ehud Olmert has 'vowed a disproportionate response' to the 2 rockets that landed in Israel
Isn't that a statement of intent to commit a war crime?
Both the Geneva convention and the law of armed conflict (LOAC) demand any response be proportional.
This isn't 'fog of war' or an accident or Hamas firing from the compound. This is a f*** you we're going to do it again (and again and again until there's no-one left).
They must be made to comply with international law, this CANNOT continue!
