Leeds University building occupied

Leodis | 22.01.2009 17:01 | University Occupations for Gaza | Palestine

Students have occupied a building in the centre of Leeds uni campus, in protest of the Israeli slaughter.

Security have tried to get them to come out, asking to speak to the leader. :)
It never tires!

I'm assuming it's a case of nobody in and nobody out at the moment? Or would it be possible to come down and join you?

sedition what is the benefit? go for subversion!

why expect any government to do as you ask - be your own government.
show dont tell and be nonviolent and non protesting (protest is negating and futile).
'nonviolence' is a force not known enough and is furtile ground for proactivity.

all the best in what you make of this situation, transform your problem though and you will be pleased - just complain and you get labelled, you feel hostile, behave in a hostile manner and then you could lose it.

respect for doing something - now make something of it.

I once read 'Society of the Spectacle' but did not understand it, it looks cool though. Good luck with the occupation.

Good luck

Assuming you're still holding out I'll come and join you tomorrow, I may see if I can 'recruit' anyone from my school to come along.
