It was discovered recently that MiddleThorpe Hall based in York are once again selling foie gras.
They were contacted to ask to remove it but instead the General Manager has ignored these polite requests and as facebook member joined up with a facebook group calling themselves- "chefs who love all things foie gras" .

Foie gras is sick , and all they are doing is laughing in the face of ducks and geese that are force fed and enjoying this very fact.
Please contact MiddleThorpe Hall and ask they remove foie gras from their menu.
