Anti bullys

Tesco wrexham, after saturdays peacfull demo on our behalf we urge people to phone tesco wrexham and ask why was there staff using brutal force against members of a peacfull demo inside and out side.
one young lady was forcfully removed using very extreme force by tesco staff, more than the met police would use.
They gave a few 12 month ban out to a few folk.
please phone and ask why brutal force was used.
our demo had 2 ladys who are aged about 70, and them to got given there marching orders

many thanks

I would file charges, and sue to damages

19.01.2009 16:09

I would file criminal charges with the local police, and sue for damages, the law is very clear only reasonable force can be used to remove someone from private property which is equal to the event happening at the time, so a peaceful protest which was not violent would not justify forceful removal of said person which caused injury and distress, from the property and use of excessive force unless an injunction has been made in the courts.

neither would a ban be enforceable to stop use of the store without an injunction or and an asbo.

many thanks

self defence

19.01.2009 16:22

If Tesco staff are taking the law into their own hands and assaulting people, then people should get the injuries checked out by their doctor or the hospital and with the medical report, lodge a formal grievance with the Police against the attackers.

After all, if you are attacked by a thug on the streets, then you also do have the right to defend yourself. I am amazed, that a company like Tesco would want to employ such people and I wonder if Tesco shareholders know that their staff are being encouraged to attack peaceful members of the community.

Tescos shareholders probably encourage the practice.
