Protest for Palestine - 17/1/09

Two weeks ago thousands protested in Liverpool. Therefore we are looking for an even bigger turn out and these protests shall continue until Israel ceases its barbarity and lifts its draconian siege of Gaza. For the sake of the children and civillians dying in this catastrophe please spread the word far and wide.
Stop the War Coalition, Liverpool Friends of Palestine and CND are calling further protests in Liverpool City centre. We are asking people to assemble outside the bombed out church at the top of Bold St at 12 noon on Saturday the 17th of January for a vigil before marching at 1pm to St Georges Plateau for a rally.
