"Israel is worse than the Nazi's"

Firstly i think it's pretty blasse to try and quantify the crimes of the Nazi's and the Israeli government by using figures, secondly the Israeli government may well be belligerent, belicose and power crazed but as far as i'm aware they are not systematically exterminating people based on their race, sexuality or religion.

It's patently obvious to everyone watching that what is happening in Gaza is an absolute travesty and a horror to anyone unfortunate to be caught up in it, but comparing Israel to a regime that butchered over 7 million people because they were the wrong colour, the wrong religion, liked the wrong sex, lived the wrong style of life or supported the wrong political party is asinine and completely useless.

We could call George Bush a Nazi, the Pope a fascist and Gordon Brown a toilet brush but that won't get us anyware.

How many Iraqis have died against how many British in Iraq. And that was to a degree down to continued sanctions against a regime the West didn't like - sound familiar? And how many Argentines died against how many British and how many Falklanders?

And at least the Falklanders weren't being driven out by Argentina, whereas the rocket firers were driving Jews out of Sderot and other border towns in Southern Israel (and were getting longer range rockets), they were effectively taking territory by driving Jews away.

Oh sorry, they shouldn't be there anyway, let's also demand that the Germans get Western Poland back, the Austrians part of Italy, the return of Hindus and Muslims who fled between India and Pakistan, etc etc.

As for the Nazis: Krystallnacht - around 25,000 Jews sent to concentration camps and nearly 100 killed straight away because 1 Nazi was shot by a Jew. And who said "half" the 2m Nazi party members died in/soon after the war?
