BBC1 ITN Camden Council issue warnings on how to deal with pandemic and Bird Flu

Camden Council have issued two articles on hw to deal with a Bird Flu outbreak and what to do if a pandemic occurs.
There are plans to build the World's largest ever high level virus containment facility and animal testing lab on a Camden Council house estate. The lab could be alevel 3 facility which means that it could contain anthrax and Bird Flu.
