The West Bank is also facing Israeli Army violence

Since the bombardment on Gaza, the Israeli occupied Palestinian West Bank is also facing a massive increase in curvews, checkpoints and shooting from Israeli soldiers.

Having experienced a particularly violent few months due to increased aggression by the illegal Israeli settlers living in the West Bank, many Palestinian villages are yet again under attack by the Israeli Army. There are food and water shortages and limited power supplies. Telephones are down, many villages are under military curfew and many more roads are blocked by checkpoints or barriers.
Whilst the Israeli soldiers were shooting in the street outside, one Palestinian villager said '' Tell me, how can the people live here? no bread, no transport to travel, no telephones .... there is nothing to do....everyone, especially the children, are frightened. We just want to live in peace.''
