Leeds protest against Israel's massacre

Rudeboy | 29.12.2008 12:02 | Sheffield

Tuesday the 30th of December 2008, 4.30pm, Leeds art gallery.

There is a protest and "vigil" at the art gallery tomorrow against the Israeli aggression in Palestine. It's organised by the Stop the War Coalition. I don't really understand the vigil bit but a protest is the least that needs to be done about this heinous, barbaric act.

Will you be including a protest about the Rockets and calling for them to stop !
Lets be honest, you can argue about the rights and wrongs of Israel vs Palestine until the cows come home, but until Hamas stops firing rockets at Israel then they will just have to get used the the FACT that Israel is a complete set of bastards that will continue to kill in scores until the rockets stop.
We can argue all day about how unjust Israel is, but we must try to bring peace first !
Stop firing the bloody rockets you idiots !
Stop kicking the big angry dog, you can not and will not beat Israel with military action.
Protest for peace.
Not for war !

...we won't be protesting against the legitimate resistance to occupation and oppression by Palestinians.

Just like we don't denounce the violence of the heroes who led the Warsaw ghetto uprising.

Violence is never neutral it can be just or unjust.
