Greek Prime Minister: “Greece Is A Safe Country” But Send More Tear Gas

4600 canisters of various chemicals from which the teargas is the most harmless were used against people.

The last few days we 've seen the police using mostly flashbangs againt us and rubber bullets. Now we see that the reason is that they run out of chemicals!

Are there any Greek papers who ran the story? No Israeli newspaper picked up the story., which, one might argue, is coze they don´t want to stir up trouble. A few German papers did. The left didn´t

To me it looks by the time-way the the story made it´s way round the globe that one source has copied the story from the other.

Even ynet, the last source who picked up the story and the first and only doesn´t say who the "greek police sources" are IN NAME who´re mentioned in all editions of the story.

I mean, the story has the potential of a real scoop. But since no one has first hand info no one is pickin it up for fear of burning his hands.

Confirmation about other chemicals?

Is there any way to confirm other chemicals used besides CS? Any pictures of empty shells etc.? If people say that there has been different gases used, it may be that there have been several different CS-gases, which have quite a differentiation among them when it comes to strength and effect. Especially Israel is well know to use very strong CS.
