a letter emailed to Keith towler. and the keith gibbons of the welsh assembley

Re [hidden] , 2 child [hidden] ,3 child who is 4 hidden

I would like to request that the childrens Commisioner for Wales consider this as an important and urgent case. On Monday the fifteenth of December 2008 the Boumerdassi were removed from their family home at[hidden ], Caia Park, Wrexham. They have resided in Wrexham for a period of almost two years.

I would like to lodge a formal complaint be recieved on behalf of these children and issues pertaining their legal and human rights be considered. I believe that on the evidence available there has been little consideration given to either their best interests, nor their wishes and feelings.

The family have been removed to Tinsley House, phone number 01293 434800, I would suggest that in regard to the resulting time scale the phone be used as the apppropriate means of communication, negating the labourious use of the written word. The family are due to be forcably deported on Thursday the 18/12/08.

There are several issues that I wish to raise as too why I believe that the Childrens Commisioner for Wales and the Welsh Assrembly goverment should remain the main investigaters and contributers to thuis case. The Boumerdassi family have been involved within establishing a life within the Welsh community of Wrexham in Caia Park. Tinsley has not got the educational capacity to recreate the education that these young people and children have become entitled to. I additionaly believe that the circumstances and destination of Algeria will further contravene future educational prospects for the children mentioned in this complaint.

The UN on the rights of the child mentions many aspect relating to family and community life, both parents and children presented an active engagement and positive example relating to family and community life.

For me possibly the most important aspect is that of the children being housed within an establishment contrary to all aspects of what can be considered adequate or neccessary. Particularly Tinsley House. In the absence of time to enlist the use of an extensive community petition I include details of a recent New States Man petition against this form of abuse.

I appreciate that you may not feel that you have duristricion within this case, I urge you to consider this though. A significant amount and all of [hidden] educatiional life have been established under the Welsh definition on the Rights of the Child and should it be considered better from another Europeon Continent then that is the law that shall stand.

I believe that these children should be heard and their rights protected within a welsh Context. I ask that in this case it should be accepted that every child matters and support be engaged from both the Childrens Commisioner and the Welsh Assembly on an immedieate review of this situation.

Yours sincerly hidden
