In the 60th Anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, I'd like to congratulate Rio de Janeiro's Governor Sergio Cabral Filho for all the innocent victims killed during police operation in favelas, specially a 8-years-old kid, Matheus Rodrigues, shot in the head by cops in the Baixa do Sapateiro favela in December 4th 2008.
