The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) is failing to prosecute real criminals, such as police and politicians, who have committed crimes.

For example:

Chief Inspector Sharon Rowe of Worthing Police was caught stealing wine from Marks and Spencers. The CPS decided that taking this case to court would not be in the "public interest".
