This came out of a workshop in Dublin about how the Climate Camp is run. It's not meant to be a definitive version of how the Climate Camp works, rather it's just one person's view. Hopefully this will be useful to other groups running similar projects, or to anyone who is interested in knowing how a large, geographically dispersed group of people can work together without leaders.
