Is Justice Closing in on Rwanda's Kagame?

With the arrest of a close associate, it appears increasingly likely that justice may soon get around to Rwanda President Paul Kagame. Or will his powerful western backers like USA, Canada and UK continue to shield him?

Rwanda President Paul Kagame was installed by an Anglo-American regime change operation designed to bring the region under western control. The DRC war is an extension of this agenda. With the recent arrest of a close associate in Germany, many believe that Kagame himself may next be indicted.
