In an interview at RTVE, the governor also mentioned the need for the Central Bank of Brazil to support work and production, leaving aside the promotion of speculation.
Experts from around the world will meet in Curitiba, Parana, Brazil, from the7th to the 11th December, 2008, to discuss the crisis and the ways to overcome it.
"What is being perceived by many as crisis, was, to a few, the anticipation, in cash, of billions and trillions that would be received in the long term or would'nt be received. The recession and the loss of American competitiveness, are something else" says observer.
