An excellent primer on the causes and the impacts, but absolutely rubbish in the "solutions" area. When I read this a while ago I really thought they were going to describe something radical but, being FoE based, it ended up being the usual half-arsed get out. If you don't have a solution then don't suggest it, it's better than pretending you have the answer.
