I called and spoke with HSBC about the hunting, and I seemed to have gotten transferred from here to there to nowhere...

BUT, the website DID send me the free reports, and I am quite surprised at the amount of good useable information in them.

I will probably be reading for the next month --- what, with my schedule and all...

So, yes, use their freephone number 0800 955 4722, and be sure to request the reports. I think everyone will find them most informative.

I called HSBC about the hunts, and Jill (from the previous post) forgot to tell folks that the free reports must be requested from the website (

I must say that the banking situation has many up in arms and running scared. Thanks to our American counterparts, we're all suffering now.
