Perhaps sometimes it is just about educating people. The woman I spoke to at Yale had no idea what Foie Gras was, I then sent them info on the cruelty of it, Granted she was not in the restuarant but was a manager. It is a victory and to their credit that they listened and did something. If those who sell this food get info about it then continue to do so then they should certainly get protests outside them, ignorance is one thing, lack of caring is another
