There are people in my town on that list. There are also dangerous local fascists who aren't on the list so I can't take it at face value. I have reason to take some action against my local BNP so I will investigate the closest addresses and report back. If this turns out to be true, then thank you, the world is about to become a little bit lighter.

I doubt it will last long before being removed, so download and mirror widely (once it is verified to be genuine).

Also be aware we are just as vulnerable to similar things.

Do all anti-fascist groups keep their own membership lists totally secure and stored encrypted? Hard copy printouts kept under lock and key? Just a thought.

Looking at the names on the list, I have no doubt that it is genuine, but Ol' Swivel-eye has definitley been being creative with the truth.
For example, Danny Lake is still a listed member. There are a couple of innacuracies in this -

1. Danny got kicked out of the party shortly after his and Nick Griffins 'secret' meeting in Bath got rumbled and broken up by local antifa (nearly 2 years ago)

2. His address is listed as a Bath Uni campus address, but he is a third year student, meaning that he will have moved on, and will no longer be living on campus (infact, we know for a fact he's not living on campus)

So there we go, thats 1 of the mighty 10 strong Bath and District BNP down, and how many others?

Hitler used similar tactics to make his party appear larger - he started the membership not at 0, but at some number in the 100s, so that the first member would have a card saying 'member number 501'.

looking through it, i certainly recognise a few names... joe dobbie and dave guynan - they've both stood as candidates in the local elections. but there's quite a few names of candidates from the 2008 local elections who seem to be missing though. i've seen claims that the list is over a year old (sept 07), but a quick search through it shows that several entries appear to date from 2008.

so how comes so many candidates from the may 08 elections don't appear at all?

This morning I awoke to an email from a friend saying that one of the members of staff at a local mosque he sometimes attends services at has downloaded all 91 pages of the BNP membership list before it was removed from the internet. Attached to my email is a zipfile of the entire membership list as proof of this. The mosque staff say they have disseminated the BNP membership list widely amongst the Muslim community both in the UK and abroad. Every mosque in the Britain should have a copy ready in time for the forthcoming Friday prayers.

How to find all your local BNP

1) Download this list:

2) Open the file in a spreadsheet - if you have a spreadsheet installed then just double-click on the filename to open it.

3) Select all the data - mouse-click on any cell and press

4) You can now sort the data according to postcode allowing you to find your local BNP members. Every spreadsheet has a menu option to data-sort. Once you find that option, sort the data on column E.

You can search for your postcode by using the EDIT/FIND option on the menu.
Or you could do the data-sort on column F to see which BNP members are a local phonecall away.
