Video activists will be traveling to the international BeyondTv film festival this weekend. It will take place in Swansea this Saturday and Sunday November 22nd-23rd

A diverse collection of films ranging from environment activism to the performace group which brought New York to a dramatic standstill to an inspiring worldwide search for the meaning of life.

BeyondTv gives a platform for emerging film makers and experienced directors who challenge the status quo and gives a voice to the unrepresented.

Sorry but a fund raising event so that a group of middle class media students (on their way to jobs at the BBC) can have their summer holiday paid for by people such as me is not an event I'll be attending.
