otis ferry - still caged!

In case you hadn't noticed Otis Ferry remains caged. It's interesting to see how the ruleing classes define a "political prisoner". Perhaps all political prisoners should be released... unless they are charged with witness nobbling?

from the Mirror:

Brother hits out at Otis Ferry's jail torment
By Rod Chaytor 12/11/2008

Otis Ferry's brother yesterday claimed he was a political prisoner.

Tara Ferry, 18, also alleged huntsman Otis is being badly treated in jail charged with attacking a woman filming his hunt.

Art student Tara said: "He's a political prisoner.

There are drug dealers and illegal immigrants given bail all the time, but he's kept behind bars."

She added: "He's getting a hard time in there."

Mp Daniel Kawczynski last week claimed Otis, 25, was being punished for storming the Commons in 2004 over the Hunting Bill.

He was yesterday remanded in custody to Gloucester prison after his barrister withdrew his move for bail. Otis, of Easton Mascot, Shrops, has been on remand for eight weeks charged with robbery, assault and witness nobbling. He stands trial on March 9.

Political prisoner

A political prisoner is someone like Sean Kirtley, who is charged with organising a peaceful protest.

Otis Ferry, on the other hand, is an alleged criminal who is charged with robbery, assault and witness intimidation.

I assume that Otis Ferry is associated with the Countryside Alliance. This is a political organisation of the rich supported my the monarchy and the BNP; (The Politics and People behind The Countryside Alliance, see link). Given this and his sisters racism, he might be described as a "right-wing political prisoner".

Give him one from me

Sorry to hear "He's getting a hard time in there". We're always happy to send vegan treats to vegan prisoners, via the Vegan Prisoner Support Group, in support of those with better claim to 'political prisoner' status. All he's gotta do is renounce killing for fun (or any other spurious reason).

For details of those really deserving your support see  http://www.vpsg.org

I have serious concerns regarding his personal hygiene because of the state of his underpants.
