Chester Guerrilla Gardeners Hit The City

Chester Guerrilla Gardeners have been out and about again this time transforming an area closer to the City centre. The team tackled a weed and rubbish ridden planter on Queen Street. Over 200 bulbs were planted which will result in a rainbow of colour come Spring time.

Momentum and support for Guerrilla Gardening in Chester is building up with one Gardener stating

"We have recieved many messages of support for our work and are thankful for the donations of bulbs we have recieved. The people of Chester seem to have really taken this idea into their hearts"

The Guerrilla Gardeners want to make Chester a more appealing place to live, beautifying the neighbourhood and giving it back to the community, reclaiming neglected land for us all to enjoy.
