Novartis get knocked down in Hampshire!

SHAC UK | 28.10.2008 23:22 | SHAC | Animal Liberation | South Coast

SHAC Hampshire take a day to name and shame HLS' friends and associates.

PPD - Customer Franklin House, Kings Worthy, Winchester, Hampshire, S023 7TW.

Early morning start at PPD, Armed with our megaphones and placards. As soon as we emerged from the trees in our skull masks and boiler suits they were scrambling to close their blinds and windows in an attempt to hide from the truth. We all know what you're involved in PPD, covering your buildings in cheap blinds isn't to deter us or prevent the public from hearing your first secrets. It just makes you look as guilty as ever.

Sandoz (Novartis) - Customer Unit 37, Woolmer Way, Bordon, Hampshire, GU35 9QE.

We crowded around the gates at Sandoz naming and shaming them pushing the injunction to the max. As usual any workers outside the building scuttled inside to hide from our overpowering presence.

CIBA Vision (Novartis) - Customer CIBA Vision, Guildford Road, Trading Estate, Farnham, Surrey, GU9 9PZ.

Along with the usual huge amounts of support we recieve in this area we pushed the injunction to the extreme, insuring that all around could hear the dirty lies of Novartis and Huntingdon Life Sciences.

The stenches surrounding Ciba were nothing compared to the smell of their dirty secrets. This location is always a horrific area to be around, with it being built right next to sewage works, what's up Ciba? Can't you afford a decent building?

Novartis - Customer Frimley Business Park, Frimley/Camberley, Surrey, GU16 7SR.

The sun shone on us as we informed the public driving past Novartis of their dirty dealings. The fact that there isn't any sign for the company to be seen from the main road shows how guilty they are, not wanting anyone to know they are the ones to be stupid enough to still deal in fraudulent science.

Cardindal Health – Customer The Crescent, Jays Close, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG22 4BS.

As we strutted down the walk towards Cardinal health, with megaphones, placards and of course in our attractive skull masks and boiler suits, the douzen or so workers who were stood outside on a lunch break immediately scarpered back to their offices, we can tell but their immediate acts of running away and on previous occasions when the scummy workers have kicked down our signs and even threatened one of our activists with violence, later resulting in a section 5 warning, that these workers really don't like us being around. So, we'll see you next week!

Thermo Fisher - Supplier (Laboratory Equipment) Oxoid Wade Road, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG24 8PW.

A spontaneous stop off at Thermo just to show them they're still high on our list of priorities. If you're willing to be a customer and supply to HLS, you've got to expect some special attention.

CIBA Vision (Novartis) - Customer Flanders Road, Hedge End, Southampton, Hampshire, SO30 2LG.

And last of all, our fourth Novartis site of the day, Stood at the side of the road, just outside of the injunction zone, right where the majority of the workers will pass through on their merry travels home. This injunction isn't going to stop us Ciba, we just become more creative and inventive, what will we have up our sleeve next? Wait until next week to find out!
