On a planet of four fifths water we hear about water shortages. The amount of water on Earth is allways the same, in one form or another.ie,steam,liquid or ice and salty. Some of it is polluted and even poisoned. But the real quantity is a constant. No water ever leaves planet earth. No water ever enters earth from outer space. So why the shortages? Simple. It's a scam. For what falls out of the sky people in modern society are conned into thinking they owe a price for this neccessity of life. Some say it costs to clean it. And yes it does,the re-processed version of it,drinking your own re-cycled piss. But there is no need to do that.All we have to do is pump sea water along pipes into natural filtrations,ie mountains.we do not have to wait for it to rain.The water that supplys the power to generate electricity will cycle to do it.Don't pay for whats free.
