Marie has been killed a second time ;someone , somehow ,...,the driver or drivers can go along with their lives.Not those who know and feel there is something wrong........................How can her memory be . ......
If you want to get rid of your enemy without fearing any punishment,get in your car, run your enemy over and walk away from any prosecution.And make sure you know someone who can look after you.A good lawyer who can lye for you,seemigly convinced that it is an accident.
Marie was killed in an accident and the driver or drivers who killed did not plan to run her over but they were driving a car and they are responsible for their actions.Marie did not throw herself under a car but was run run over by 2 cars.Whose fault is it?

About half way the sound system had an accident and the tandem that was carrying it had to be put on a van, so we were 10 left on our bikes.
Then when we were just 14 miles away from Brighton, Marie was hit by a car, then dragged along for about 20 metres under another car. Leaving just a trail of blood. We called an ambulance, but the police came well before the ambulance. They were very rude to us - every one including the driver who dragged Marie under his car, seemed to blamed us for what had just happened. The driver also made a call right as soon as he could - he called his lawyer.
And then tere was a golden “blanket” covering Marie.
We gave witness statements. When I read my statement back, I thought it was clear that the car that dragged her along was not breaking hard enough to leave tyre marks on the road.
And now, 4 months later, we are told that the Crown Prosecution Service will not charge any of the two drivers. I'm not sure I expected anything different ...
