DEMONSTRATE AGAINST BRITAIN ’S RACIST IMMIGRATION LAWS
Immigration reporting centres are places of fear for asylum seekers, who have to report to them monthly, weekly or even several time s a week. From reporting centres asylum seekers are often detained without warning and sent to removal centres to await deportation. Iraqi Kurdish detainees have recently been protesting at Campsfield Immigration Removal Centre against attempts to deport them back to war-torn Iraq. At Yarls Wood, entire families, including babies, are incarcerated for the sole ‘crime’ of trying to live in Britain.
