Seeing as no-one except the right use the term "islamo-fascist", I think it's fairly likely that this is trolling.

The terms islamo-fascist, clerical fascist etc, have been used on parts of the left in Britain and Western Europe for at least 30 years.

In 1979 Marxist historian Maxime Rodinson characterised the Khomeni regime and the Muslim Brotherhood as representing a type of archaic fascism.

The AWL hold a similar position.
