Cops watching cops

Had to laugh when I heard that coppers are holding secret meetings for fear of being spied on by ..other coppers. Seems they too enjoy the anonymity offered by pay-as-you-go phones and checking their rooms for bugs. Here's a link to a bbc report:

numbers: STWC says 5,000
police say 2,500

at the beginning of the march as the freedom of movement bloc was assembling the cops had a 'photo album' with ca. 12 pictures on each page. This is what they used to identify people on the bloc.

Why were there so few people on the march?

Why were there so very few people on the latest anti-war march. From the photos there seems to be only around a few hundred people present. Why was the turnout so very, very low????

Why were there so few people on the march?

Because the Manchester scene is so infiltrated with cops that most activists kept away rather than ending up in the local nick being searched and their kit stolen AGAIN !

seeing a foto line up of coppers doing not very much. me thinks some peeps getting over egotistical with this fitwatch milarky. instead of watching them all the time why not try and avoid them...........like use yer imagination innit..............

Avoiding cops is fine and dandy...do as much of it as you can! But, y'know, some folks they like to be able to gather together in large (ish) numbers, which is generally a good thing. Except it gets a lot harder to avoid the cops.

So, we take 'em on instead. And fitwatch is that hated by coppers, it's gotta be doing something right...
