Never mind the legal bollocks...
Category: Blogging
Have taken the sound advice of my fellow musicians and thought I should explain my previous post SOCPA notification bollocks.
The first 17 points are legal bollocks and gymnastics which legally explain what I am doing is well with my rights.
I am aserting that I/we have the right to say bollocks on english soil and/or express our dissatifaction in public, and with mates.
The nanny state needs to piss off and stop arresting me for using the word bollocks when bollocks is all that ever dribbles out of the current mouthpiece of Parliament who is working for exactly who?
Are we having a referendum on Europe?
What say the people cause I think no referedum is bollocks when I see the public becoming extremely dissatified with the priorities of government... it is not clear nor apparet that the government is acting in the best interests of the people nor is government taking the tax-payers opinion into any account when making fool-hardy decision such as funding Academy schools, run by their mates, with us footing the bill and students worth double bubble. WTF mate?
I smell cook books and it's the tax payers pound that is being pilfered. Wake up folks... they are taking the absolute piss. A lot is going missing into the bottomless European money pit where M.E.P.'s are known to be corrupt for the most part.
It's really time to wake up and smell the coffe folks.
When is enough enough?

The following should be pretty self-explanatory, I think. If not, I welcome any questions, arguments, debates... I want to know what the public think of this bollocks?
18. The people of England will not be enslaved by the law but be governed justly by it as will the government; justly and promptly by an impartial reasonable bench assuming common sense and sound reasoning as is presently, simply not the case. Common law and common sense will prevail. Wars of aggression are deeply unlawful and grossly illegal. Genocide is a war crime.
19 I assert that I have the right to say "Bollocks to Blair" and "Bollocks to Brown" and that I have the right to express this opinion openly and honestly, publicly, as I reasonably believe that a precedent has been clearly established within the English courtrooms, stated on the public record, regarding a certain case involving Sir Richard Branson and a trial discussing/involving an album by the SEX PISTOLS as released under the title of "Never mind the Bollocks – It's the SEX PISTOLS" This album was removed from a public recorded album shop and then placed back onto its rightful place on the shelves AND in the shop windows.
20. Unless I am grossly mistaken, 'BOLLOCKS' in the context of 'a nonsense' was redeemed from the realms of profanity by QC John Mortimer, author of 'The Bailey', and Professor Kinglsey, a professor of linguistics. They valiantly argued the necessity of the expression of our English language that stems from our Anglo-Saxon heritage, specifically the word 'BOLLOCKS' It was also duly noted within the court room that HRH PRINCE CHARLES was and continues to be well acquainted with its varied usages in his public language.
21. I am starting a clothing company, investing pounds in my business through the purchase of stock: t-shirts and hoodies that I DO NOT EXPECT TO HAVE CONFISCATED.
22. I reasonably do not wish to be arrested for lawfully selling said items in public when I have fully abided by the law and purchased a traders license and necessary insurance. I reasonably do not wish my stock to be taken into custody nor my person, either/or being remanded until trial.
23. All Crown employees and civil servants will receive a 50% discount off my clothing line known forthwith as anticopyright 'SWEETxxx' in sympathy of their pathetic wage increase and ever- decreasing pay packet as opposed to the extraordinary pay rises of those sitting on their morals in the Houses of Parliament, those perverting the course of justice and the astonishing bonuses of those working within .the banking, insurance and investment industries.
24. Please agree to cease and desist from further arresting me for saying/expressing the word 'BOLLOCKS' specifically and not limited to the phrases "Bollocks to Blair" and/or "Bollocks to Brown" LAWFULLY AND PUBLICLY on English and/or European soil.
25. It is my birthright and my Human/European Convention Right to say "BOLLOCKS" on English soil and within the E.E.C.
26. I have learnt that HRH QUEEN VICTORIA was amused by the plays of Gilbert and Sullivan of the SAVOY THEATRE thanks to the clever impresario Mr. Robert D'Oyly Carte who funded the talented W.S.Gilbert and Arthur Sullivan in Victorians times. D'Oyly is commonly known in the theatre as an 'angel'. These plays were under threat of being banned until HRH QUEEN VICTORIA 'saved their bacon' as she presumably maintained her sense of humor and appreciated their wit.
England's own 'Gilbert and Sullivan' master-minded numerous plays such as 'The Gondoliers' and 'Trial By Jury' which have survived the test of time and continue to be staged today - a form of ARTISTIC POLITICAL EXPRESSION with a comical political slant highlighting the farcical nature of the Crown, the State and/or the Judiciary.
27. Historically, the English nation and the English Crown criticized .certain European nations who chose to ban certain plays/ FORMS OF ARTISTIC EXPRESSION within their borders under the threat of loss of liberty, specifically regarding certain plays/operas which tendered 'cheeky' political expression, branding these countries to be fascist: i.e. Italy under the dictatorship of Mussolini.
28. It is also important to understand the global historical value of FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION specifically including ARTISTIC POLITICAL EXPRESSION as clearly illustrated by the famous painting by PICASSO known as 'GUERNICA', depicting the ravages of war on a civilian populated town in Northern Spain that was unnecessarily 'bombed to bits' by the NAZI'S – modern day 'COLLATERAL DAMAGE'. The sorry state off affairs in IRAQ currently springs to my mind.
29. Without FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION, PICASSO could not have painted. He would not have been the man that he was and he would not be remembered today for his many important artworks as valued in today's modern 'society' by hopefully more than just their monetary value.
30. I was arrested once on May 1st 2006 for displaying the legitimate and lawful phrase "Bollocks 2 Blair" on a whiteboard and then issued with a public Order Ticket to which I refused to accept after being re-bailed to the police station on numerous occasions.
31. I was further arrested for saying "Bollocks to Blair" on two separate occasions, two years apart. In both cases, the CPS either dropped the charges or offered no evidence forcing an acquittal of all charges on the date of the trial or at a subsequent trial management hearing after the first attempt at trial had failed miserably, wasting vast sums of monies from the public tax-payers purse on various pre-trial hearings. I seriously and reasonably question the rational of the Crown Prosecution Service given these circumstances.
32. On numerous other occasions of freely expressing the word 'BOLLOCKS' in places of public free access, no action has been taken by the police against myself, nor has there been any redress within the courtrooms for exhibiting the phrase 'Bollocks to Blair!' and stating the word 'BOLLOCKS' clearly.
33.Given my above noted witness statement, I reasonably believe it is in the public interest to clearly establish the law regarding the expression of the word 'BOLLOCKS' and the use of this word within certain specific phrasing, in places of public free access: i.e. 'BOLLOCKS to BROWN!'.
34. With all due respect, I reasonably question, "Is this WESTMINSTERGATE?" as I wish to state clearly, "This is BOLLOCKS mate."
35. 2% raise? - "bollocks" - 98% says.

Those in power will continue whether any of us say "bollocks" or not because they are only interested in furthering their own political agenda of continually concentrating more power into their own HANDS.
"Wake up folks... they are taking the absolute piss."
Yes they are and maybe we should. Slaughter in Afghanistan. Slaughter in Iraq. Sickening.
The current financial "crisis" will no doubt be used as an excuse by the political masters for further integration into the centralised economy.
I think you have a right to use the word "bollocks" as long as you are not harassing/abusing anyone, and it does not appear that you were from your description. I think most probably you were saying it as a protest.
Bollocks to Blair and Brown! And good luck to you.

The European Convention on Human Rights came into being in the 50s but the UK establishment (when I say establishment people seeking power and the pointless monarchy that no one wants) did not ratify it until 2000. The UK has stolen land from the people of Diego Garcia, was instrumental in the genocide of people in Indonesia and now Iraq and tried to organise illegal coups in Iran Equitorial New Guinea.
On point 1, Laws have to be based on custom and custom is derived from as you say what right thinking society thinks, they think this Government is corrupt and they think any Tory, UKIP or other nonsense party sanctioned by the media or elsewhere is wrong. so i think you have at least 2 million people on your side...:)))
sorry if you agree with brian b but eurobashing is not my idea just to get rid of corruption which has made UK agriculture fall into the hands of agri industry backed NFU and newspapers that defend Bernard Natthews...
we would not have human rights were it not for these european laws and the Mclibel two would have faced the corrupt lords in what would have been a huttonesque star chamber, if this your idea for UK, fine, it is not mine!
either way, I do think you are great, so good luck

I want the people of england to be given back their voices and the gag order to be removed.
Those who are so filled with apathy towards change might just as well go home, watch television and wait for the end to come.... really really not interested in those who say that change is not possible, the people have no voice and corrupt politics is the way it is. YAWN...
I personally believe change is possible if we unite and uniting England is my sole intention despite the brianb's of this world. I don't do apathy. I welcome intelligent debate and comment as was previously posted.
Every raindrop said it wasn't him who caused the flood. WE can either be a bunch of uncle tom's who go along to get along or we can start telling the government clearly, through peaceful lawful rebellion, that what they are doing is BOLLOCKS and we simply won't stand for it. Enough is enough. 10,000 American citizens stopped paying their taxes which led to the end of the American participation in the Vietnam war.
Isn't it amazing that ENGLAND is the only nation to foot the bill for two world wars while everyone else defaulted on their payments? WTF mate?
I have children, as do many folks and it is my job as a parent to safeguard my children's present and their future which is exactly what I am doing and I intend to keep on doing.
Apathy will never be something I suffer from.
Sincerely,

a second thought on europe...
18.09.2008 09:45
What happens to soveraignty when we place a court outside our nation higher than our own?
Isn't it just a tad bit convenient that we were taught as a nation to value these human rights and to seek justice within europe and outside our own country?
On May 14 th there was a brief ill-attended discussion in the house of lords regarding these issues. It was also brought to light that a european police force had already begun with five nations signing up. It was clearly stated within the house of lords that this police force would not be used in England and that it was already booked for the 2012 games.... a bit of a contradiction.
I disagree with 30% of council tax payers pounds being dumped into the european slush fund as per the Maastricht Treaty signed by Major. Personally, I would rather see that money spent on the services necessary in society. Education, teachers, nurses, ambulance, garbage men, police... the list is endless...
I think we need to sort out our own backyard before we raid and invade other countries and certainly before we allow ourselves to be swallowed into an even greater bureaucratic state of corruption - Europe.
My two cents...

my thoughts...

I think it is great, what you are doing, I did this for many years but now I am doing it differently, I do not want to always fight the barbaric and the negative. I need to fight for something positive, so I thought about the best way to do this for me, the change must come from inside the communities. I am really trying to do my bit to bring back the idea of community, imagination and disregard for the politically corrupt wherever they reside. There are so many of the politically corrupt that they must all go, as they are now part of the problem rather than any future solution.
However, on the human rights front, as I said, the european convention is about human rights, odd that the UK did not ratify it until recently, over 50 years later, what does it say about them?
what does it say about the queen, some ridiculous parasite who is related to the world's thickest war criminal George Bush and receives man who committed genocide by killing democratically elected leader pinochet. it says a lot about the values of a sick British establishment, one that I do not want to a part of England's future.
for me, Europe is not the problem but the parasitic establishments leaching off the earth and the poor.

Cost of EU?
18.09.2008 21:38
Royals 'cost the taxpayer £40m'
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/7477222.stm
...and from a quick search on the internet...
Net cost of EU==£50 billion per year
http://www.brugesgroup.com/mediacentre/releases.live?article=13998
So it is obvious who the biggest leeches are.
As a matter of interest and comparison...
This is what the cost of the Iraq war has been...(for 2007)
£1,002m
with total UK defence budget £5.3 billion per year
http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/politics/1631bnayear-cost-of-war-in-iraq-would-be-better-spent-on-nhs-hospitals-439988.html
"The cost to Britain of the Iraq war, according to the Ministry of Defence, will hit £5bn at the end of this financial year. This is the figure given for direct spending on fuel, ammunition, repairs and transport; the real bill is certainly much bigger."
http://www.newstatesman.com/world-affairs/2007/03/iraq-war-wounded-bilmes-cost
"The forecast for Iraq is £1.648 billion, up 72 per cent since the last set of "winter estimates", while operations in Afghanistan are expected to cost £1.649 billion, an increase of 122 per cent on the previous estimates."
http://news.scotsman.com/princeharry/Cost-of-wars-in-.3862925.jp
So maybe the question should be - what is the agenda with shifting focus to the Royal Family? (move along now, nothing to see here...!!!)
A better question would be why are we having to pay massive amounts for state-sanctioned murder to be carried out in our name?

on the referendum idea - exactly. you do not get democracy by supporting undemocracy, which is what is happening with the EU. just like you do not get peace by fighting war and supporting murder of innocent "civilians" and "non-civilian" in places like Afghanistan and Iraq.
