How should Blunkett be punished for McKinnons extradition?

Ilyan | 02.09.2008 13:50

By being a USA poodle, Blunkett becomes a traitor to Britain. No American can be extradited from the USA to Britain in the way that our gormless Courts are allowing.the USA to extradite without recipcrocity.

Professionally incompetent Americans are covering up their own stupidity by throwing the book at a Briton. Their computers should all be shut down before some hacker decideds that this world is too corrupted by the Hamiltonians to be allowed to survive.

This hot war that our political morons are so close to starting might well be the best punishment. Let the nukes fly between the USA and Russia. The fallout might cause the necessary genetic changes to produce an hospitalble co-operative human society. Nothing else will.

It wasn't just British justice which failed Gary - Europe did too.

02.09.2008 14:30

Strange considering how the European slant on these things used to be before enlargement to the ex-Warsaw pact new NATO states.

The most serious disclosure ever on UFO's was the 1999, co-written by top French generals and commissioned by Chirac, entitled "UFO's and Defence- for what must we prepare?"  http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rapport_COMETA It expressed serious doubts in frank (forgive the pun) terms as to US military & "by association" the US government's disclosure on the phenomena and then by implication the reasons for such reticence. Amongst the reasons would of course be included the militarisation of space exploration which is illegal and the possible benefits afforded to any military industrial complex which had at its disposal such nicknacks.

You can't get that report in English language. Instead you just get scientology crap at every cinema release and youtube and the internet are awash with yankee nutters. I reckon, now that Gary has lost his final appeals at European level to proceed with the whole thing is to go back right back to the beginning. We've talked enough about how he didn't do so much damage and what he did was as astoundingly a hack as it's made out to be and is routinely bested by China (just for example). But now it's time to examine not the "crime" they accused him of and have punished him for - but his motivation.

Back to the beginning means Disclosure. At UK and EU level waiving all official secret acts signed by those who wish to assist in that Disclosure.

n = disclosure.

Misfeasance in Public Office

02.09.2008 16:28

It is probable that Blunkett would need to be shown as having been 'wilful', which should be possible as many were against the law during it's framing.

It is probably more relevant to use this against Blair and Cabinet for starting a war many were against and on dubious grounds. The UK is not a democracy but a representative democracy and our representatives wilfully ignored a million of us walking through London.

SOCPA? is it reasonable for a government which is repeatedly showing itself blind and deaf to electors to enforce laws which are purely to stop any opposition to anything. In the case of Juliet McBride it is even more ludicrous as, what should have been, a valid protest was criminalised to stop it happening and create any press coverage as anti-demonstration

Read the Cuckoo's Egg published1990.

By Cliff Stoll, The cover says "A Spy Story for the 90s- and it's all true" - Tom Clancy." Even if it is not true, the existence of that as a novel makes these events a total condemnation of all the US Security Services. If it is true....

That ten years later such holes still existed means that it is not McKinnon who should be on trial but the bosses of the US Security Services up to and including the President. The FBI were derelict of their duty when they failed to investigate ( publish if they did) if the hanging chads occurred in equally in Republican as in Democrat voting wards and then bring prosecutions to show the election invalid through fraud. But that such gaping holes were left in the Government computer systems.is much worse.

It looks as though the US Govt has been grossly dishonest in presenting the cost of the damage. Or are they talking of the cost of replacing the incompetently designed software they run their systems on? Perhaps they should subcontract their software to some Chinese team who write the code the Chinese Government run on. A tenth the price?

If the American people are very lucky, the arrest of McKinnon is a ruse by the CIA to publicise the evidence of incompetence/corruption so leading up to an impeachment. Wait to see if, now that is becoming clear, the US immigration service will turn around and refuse entry to McKinnon as an undesirable alien illegal immigrant and put him on the next flight home. If they do, the incompetents are being successful in their cover up.

biggest military computer hack of all time

03.09.2008 09:13

Gary hacked into NASA, the US Army, US Navy, Department of Defense, and the US Air Force. He should be deported to face up to the crimes he has committed which prosecutors have called "biggest military computer hack of all time". He has wasted hundreds of thousands of pounds of tax payers money fighting extradition to the United States.

He is a coward, he should go to the US like George Galloway did and set the record straight "if" he is innocent.

Did the military open a back door to let him into a botched gated system, well, that would be a conspiracy wouldn't it.

Gary. get your ass over to the United States and face up to them, you coward!
