This weekend saw the first general meeting of the Industrial Workers of the World outside of the US ; London Food Not Bombs provided the lunch-time food

London Food Not Bombs provides free, hot vegan food on the streets of London twice a week (Whitechapel Food Not Bombs on Saturdays, and Brixton Reclaim Your Food on Sundays).

On occasion London Food Not Bombs also brings food to events, demonstrations and meetings. Last weekend, we provided lunch for Industrial Workers of the world - a radical anarcho-syndicalist union (  http://www.iww.org ) who were having a general meeting in London. Food Not Bombs provided lunch for about 100 people on both days.

Following on this, London Food Not Bombs will be taking part in the London Free School Week by providing a Food Not Bombs workshop on Saturday the 6th of September - don't miss out on this and the rest of the Free School week (see  http://londonfreeschool.wordpress.com/ for more details)
