Mc Cain's Running Mate and the Female Vote

The Republicans do like the hard-assed woman, and sure in a couple
of weeks when the fuss has died down the anti-corruption agenda
of the Alaskan Governor will be available to all.

This morning's newspapers are talking about the 18,000,000 cracks in
the Glass ceiling speech and the faux-feminist running mate of Senator Mc Cain.

Does he reaaly imagine that a corporate pro-lifer with enough of a personal wealth
to care for her five off-spring represents American Women???

How gullible are people on the issue of the corporate feminist who can be
defined by her lack of solidarity with members of her own sex.. They are
easy enough to spot. They generally employ men in all the top jobs
and use a combination of domination and sexuality to achive their ends.

Buggers me how Margaret thatcher ever made it, but she did
and apparently many, many men found her very, very attractive.

So maybe it's the Jimmy Choos and the designer frames in Disneyland
that floats the boat or maybe it is the fact that this feminist is an
outspoken prolife candidate that makes her so attractive.

But Republicans have a tradition of strong and pretty women in high office,
noted for their dress sense. One need only look at Condoleeza Rice
and really wonder if Sarah palin is anything other that a proto-feminst
trading on sex and glamour politics in order to stop any discussion on
internal problems within the US economy and foreign policy issues that
effect us all.
