BBC 7/7 Documentary delayed 'until mid 2009'

I have been contacted today by the producer of the BBC2 Conspiracy Files 7/7 London Bombings programme due to be broadcast in about four weeks' time.

BBC lawyers have, it seems, advised that the entire subject of 7/7 is 'sub-judice' under the terms of the Contempt of Court Act. The 7/7 related Kingston trial rolling on and on seems to be the ostensible cause.

This is, of course, nonsense and there is no guarantee the programme can EVER be broadcast under this legal advice.

The Contempt of Court Act, in fact, doesn't say that nothing can be broadcast. Simply that it must be balanced and this documentary cannot be balanced only because the police and government departments have refused to co-operate. Neither is this indefinite length Kingston court case within the scope of the act.

I am absolutely disgusted with this feeble legal advice from dodgy lawyers, and the travesty of justice it represents. In a way I feel vindicated in participating in the programme since there is clearly a powerful dark force efort to stop the facts of 7/7 being made known to the public.

Please help publicise this diabolical decision by encouraging people to send emails to their friends to watch any or all of the five documentaries already made on the internet about the likely innocence of the 4 so-called bombers and officialdom's (particularly Scotland Yard's) complicity in the 7/7 attacks. I've listed them here in my personal rough order of credibility.

Isn't it a good thing that it isn't broadcast? I for one am sick enough of all the 9/11 balls - having 7/7 bumshited down my throat might finish me off.

Sorry to burst bubbles, but sub judice is a reasonable reason not to broadcast something, I'd be well pissed off if the BBC broadcast something speculative about a murder trial before it was heard. Ooooh, that makes me in on the conspiracy doesn't it? Wow, this is great, I love being part of the New World Order.

Well you have got to hand to CIA/MOSSAD/MI6 ect, not only have they managed to get this world changing documentary postponed. But they also managed to recruit hundreds of family members of one of the alleged bombers who recently held a celebration for their martyrdom in a village in Pakistan for the anniversary. Wow!

P.S. Has anyone else noticed how our full time conspiracy theorists have been decidedly silent about the failed bombings that occured two weeks after 7/7? 52 people and 4 suicide bombers die and its clearly a massive inside job. 5 more suicide bombers fail in their mission and the official version gets accepted. Well theres a surprise.

I certainly don't for either the successful or failed attempts. Its just simply that no one died in the failed attempts.

Let me get this straight - you don't accept the 21/7 story? Despite the fact that eyewitnesses saw the individuals involved? Despite the fact that the convicted men admitted their part? And in at least one case left a farewell note behind to his family?

I also noticed that Parliament's Intelligence and Security committee report into MI5, MI6 and Anti-Terror police failings in the run-up to 7/7 was due to be released in September 2008 and has now been shelved too.
The entire subject of the 7/7 anomalies has been rendered taboo by our wonderful BBC and government lawyers. To make way for an extended racist war?
