Police/Oxford University Press remove Hunting Act from syllabus

Sabby | 26.08.2008 17:32 | Animal Liberation

Apparently the police think they can ignore parts of the law. This makes it a paramilitary organisation ignoring the elected parliament.

Oxford University Press has decided to cut the Hunting act from the 2008 edition of Blackstone's Police Manual. I'm guessing it hasn't cut SOCPA section 145 though! Once again we see Oxford University determining police actions. The police seem to think they can ignore whatever legislation their masters (ie those they take bribes from) disagree with.

MPs like Anne Widdecombe might be interested to know the police and Oxford University Press are ignoring parliament.
