Cash/personnel costs of public order ops, Apr 07 - Mar 08

squatticus | 16.08.2008 16:02 | Repression

This PDF speaks for itself. I thought I'd be nice and share.

Note Climate Camp '07 nearly twice as big as the next biggest thing (Notting Hill Carnival), in personnel, but not cash apparently.

"Sir Ian Blair is under investigation over £3 million worth of police work awarded to close friend Andy Miller."

- a new kite is flown in tory bastard land, which though might pleaseth us verily is not ultimately for our delight.

"Sir Ian Blair, the Metropolitan police commissioner, allegedly bugged Britain's most senior Asian policeman, according to leaked Scotland Yard documents."  http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/newstopics/politics/lawandorder/2574570/Sir-Ian-Blair-Metropolitan-Police-commissioner-had-his-rival-bugged.html

who would you like to replace "Blair the cop"? is there a "Cameron the cop"?
